Shamima Akhtar Tulee is a Bangladeshi mart … Shamima Akhtar Tulee is a Bangladeshi martial artist who is the first woman in Bangladesh to hold a Shotokan Karate Black Belt, from the Bangladesh Karate Federation, in 1989.
