L’Organisation des pêches de l'Atlantique … L’Organisation des pêches de l'Atlantique nord-ouest (OPANO) est une organisation intergouvernementale ayant pour mandat de fournir des avis scientifiques et de gérer les pêches dans le nord-ouest de l'océan Atlantique selon une convention signée par les pays y pêchant.
