Die Maecenas-Ehrung ist undotiert und verbunden mit der Überreichung eines Kunstwerkes oder einer entsprechenden Ehrengabe, ab 2003 mit der Bronzeplastik "Nike" des Bildhauers Manfred Sihle-Wissel.
