Förbandet består av 100 man uppdelade i fyra avdelningar, bl.a. en prickskytte- och spaningsenhet. Alla kandidater kommer från 1:a Carabinieri-fallskärmsbataljonen Tuscania, och genomgår en tvåveckors urvalskurs.
