Il Centro Europeo di Assistenza Elettorale … Il Centro Europeo di Assistenza Elettorale (in inglese: European Centre for Electoral Support -ECES) è una fondazione senza fini di lucro, apartitica e indipendente con sede nella capitale del Belgio, Bruxelles.
