陈封怀（1900年5月16日－1993年4月13日），江西省南昌府义宁州（今江西省九江市修水县人），出生于江宁（今南京），中国植物学家，中国近代植物园的创始人之一。陈衡恪之子。陈宝箴曾孙。

After he returned to China, he held a position at Nanchang University. He contributed greatly to the construction of botanical gardens in China. He was the director and one of the founders of the following gardens:

* Zhongshan (Sun Yat-sen) Botanical Garden in Nanjing
* Wuhan Botanical Garden
